Security Policy
Our site protects your
transactions with the highest levels of security. Our servers
use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an advanced
encryption technology that works with all browsers. SSL
encrypts all of your personal information, including your
credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be
intercepted as the information travels over the Internet
between your browser and our site.
You can be sure that transactions
are secured by looking for the following cues before entering
your credit card number:
The URL in the browser window displays "https" at the
beginning, instead of http. This will change when you are on
the screen that you enter your billing information.
In Netscape Communicator: The padlock in the lower left
corner of the Navigator window will be closed instead of open.
In Internet Explorer: Microsoft Internet Explorer tells
users when encryption is in use by displaying a padlock icon
in the bar at the bottom of the IE window.
It is virtually unheard of for
someone's credit card information to be stolen via the Web and
misused. And in the highly unlikely event that it is, the Fair
Credit Billing Act protects e-shoppers against unauthorized
use of credit information, limiting liability to only $50, if
any at all.
If you do wish to order
off-line, select your products, submit the forms to us and
then call us locally at (727) 531-8801 or toll-free at
(888) 989.6336 to give us your credit card information, or
verify the total of your order and then send a check as
payment. (Mail to: NeemDepot 6290-B 147th Ave N, Clearwater,
FL, 33760.) Your order will be shipped when payment is
received. Your credit card information is not processed
online. Our shopping cart offers an SSL Secure Server, which
is password protected where we go to get any orders we are
notified of via email. We then process credit card information
manually.

All products are shipped via US
Priority Mail or Fedex Ground, unless next day air is
specifically requested. Shipping and handling applies to all
orders, as does 7% sales tax for FL residents.
Policy
& Ordering
We honor our manufacturer's guarantees. Check your product
for manufacturer's policies. If you are unhappy with a
purchase or with its condition upon arrival, please call or
e-mail us within five business days to arrange a replacement,
refund, or credit. We require prior notification for all
returns.
Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless it is our
error. You will be responsible for all shipping expenses
unless the problem is our error. All items must be in
original and resaleable condition, and must be packed in the
original manner. If breakage occur on return because of
inadequate packaging no credit will be issued.

During the year, manufacturer price fluctuations may occur.
We always attempt keep our prices up-to-date, and will always
try to give you the lowest possible prices.

By fax, telephone, or electronically . . . use whichever
method is most comfortable and easiest for you. You may pay by
Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Check. For your
protection, we use SSL encrypted data transmissions for all
sensitive information. Our online payment transactions are
safe and secure; however, you may wish to set up an
account with us by phone to avoid sending your financial
information online. By mail, you may order by credit card,
money order, or personal check. Returned checks are subject
to a $25 fee. Checks must be drawn on U.S. funds. COD orders
are not accepted.

Shipping
Most orders are shipped via Fedex ground service or US
Priority Mail. Fedex ground typically takes two to six
working days, depending on your location. Packages weighing
less than one pound are shipped via US Priority Mail (two to
three transit days). Packages shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and
US territories may incur an additional shipping charge.
NeemDepot does not take responsibility for Fedex or postal
delays beyond our control. We attempt to ship all orders
within two business days of receiving your order.
If your shipment is incorrect, damaged, or in any other way
unsatisfactory, please notify us immediately. If notifying us
by e-mail, we will need your name, telephone number or e-mail
address, invoice number, and an explanation of the problem.
If the product was damaged in shipping, please retain all
packaging and contents for carrier's inspection. You should
then immediately contact Fedex so they can inspect the
shipment. Once a package has been signed for it is assumed
the package was delivered in good order.

Backorders
We will attempt to notify you as soon as possible if your
order has any foreseeable backordered items; however, not all
backorders are foreseeable. Backorders may be sent in a
second package if they become available within fifteen working
days. If the items do not become available during that time,
you will be notified and your order will be cancelled. Credit
cards are charged only for items shipped, applicable sales
taxes and shipping costs, not backordered products.

of advice we may give. We highly recommend John Conrick’s
book, Neem-The Ultimate Herb as an excellent reference
regarding Neem. Before starting any new supplement, diet, or
